We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items except in cases where a product arrives damaged.
If your item is damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return request. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. All original packaging and included accessories must be intact. Approved returns will be inspected upon receipt before a replacement or refund is issued.
